SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Lithium Polymer batteries are volative. Polymer battery packs may explode and cause fire if misused or defective. Failure to read and follow the below instructions may result in fire, personal injury and damage to property if charged or used improperly
• by purchasing this battery the buyer assumes all risks associated with lithium batteries. If ou do not agree with these conditions, please consider using the power adapter
• we require all battery buyers must be professionals and have the capability to handle emergency
• when charging, don't leave battery pack and charger on a flammable surface like carpet. Do not over charge your battery. The charger has an LED indicator to let you know when the battery is fully charged. Do not leave batteries charging over-night
• keep away from children
• all lithium batteries have a cycle life (500 full charges), please replace old batteries with new ones when it reaches it's service life or when it is two years old, whichever comes first
• do not throw lithium ion batteries away. Find a local recycling center that accepts lithium ion batteries
• use Lithium Polymer/Li-ion charger only. Failure to do so may cause a fire, which may result in personal injury and property damage
• never charge batteries unattended. When charging batteries you should always reamin in constant observation to monitor the charging process and react to potential problems that may occur
• if at any time you witness a battery starting to balloon, swell up, smoke or radiate heat, discontinue the charging process immediately, disconnect the battery, and recycle the battery
• never store or charge battery pack inside your car in extreme temperatures, since extreme temperate could ignite fire
• never drop the batteries
• new charge batteries unattended
• put battery in the fireproof container and charge in an isolated area, away from other flammable materials. Always have a fire extinguisher for emergency use
• let battery cool down to ambient temperature before charging
• do not charge battery packs in a series on a power strip. Charge each battery pack individually. Failure to do so may result in incorrect battery recognition and charging functions. Overcharging may occure and fire may be the result
• store battery at room temperature between 4-26 degrees celcius
• do not expose battery pack to direct sunlight (heat) for extended periods of time
• when transporting or temporarily storing in a vehicle, temperature range should be greater than -6 degrees celcius but no more than 65 degrees celcius
• storing battery at temperatures greater than 76 degrees celcius for extended periods of time (more than 2 hours) may cause damage to the battery and possible fire
• use caution to avoid puncture of the cell. Puncture of cells may cause a fire
• charge the battery every 2 months to keep it fresh if you don't use it

You may return/exchange an used item in new condition within 30 days of purchase.

All items must include original packaging.

LIMITED WARRANTY: seller warrants that its products furbished under tehse terms and conditions of sale (the "Products" or "PRODUCTS") will conform to and perform in accordance with Seller's published specifications for such Products as in effect on the date of shipment (witin the deviation specified therin) for a period of THREE (3) MONTHS from such date (the "Warranty Period")

SELLER'S SOLE LIABILITY AND BUYER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THE EXPRESS WARRANTY STATED IN THIS SECTION SHALL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY PRODUCT UNDER WARRANT WHICH SELLER REASONABLY FINDS TO BE DEFECTIVE. BUYER SHALL NOTIFY SELLER IN WRITING OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND TYPE OF DEFECT PROMPTLY UPON BUYER'S DISCOVERY OF ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD. ALL DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO SELLER, FREIGHT PREPAID, AND RECEIVED BY SELLER NO LATER THAN TEN (10) DAYS AFTER TEH EXPIRATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD.

THE WARRANTY IN SECTION 1 SHALL NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY SELLER ACCORDING TO OR PURSUANT TO BUYER'S DESIGNATED DESIGNS OR SPECIFICATIONS AND SUCH PRODUCTS SHALL BE SOLD TO BUYER ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND LIABILITY: SELLER'S TOTALY LIABILITY FOR ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, IN ANY EVENT, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF THE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS PURCHASED AND SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, AND BUYER WAIVES ALL CLAIMS FOR, ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHETHER BASED UPON A TORT OR BREACH OF CONTRACT AND WHETHER OR NOT SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT SELLER HAD BEEN ADVISED OR NOTIFIED OF ANY SUCH POSSIBLE DAMAGE OR LOSS SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO BUYER FOR BUYER'S OR USER'S IMPROPER HANDLING, STORAGE, TRANSPORTATION, OR USE OF THE PRODCUTS. SELLER SHALL NOT BE UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATION OF THE PRODUCT OR BUYER'S USE OF THE PRODUCT IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER SUBSTANCES OR IN ANY MANUFACTURING PROCESS.

PERIOD OF LIMITATIONS: Subject to the WARRANTY PERIOD described above, any and all claims for breach of contract, including breach of warranty, must be made in writing by the Buyer within 30 day safter the date that cause of action first occured. Failure to make such claim shoudl be conclusively deemed as a waiver of any rights or claims under or pursuant to warranty.

CLAIMS: Buyer shall tes tand inspect the Products for compliance with this contract witin a reasonable time after each shipment, which in any event shall not exceed forty-five (45) days. If Buyer fails to notify Seller in writing within forty-five (45) days after receipt of the Products, and before any part of the goods (except for a reasonable number of Prodcuts for testing purposes) have been chared from its original condition, that the Products are defective in any respect or any shipment is short of the number of Products stated in the accompanying invoice and packing list, then Buyer waives any rights or claims against the Seller for any claims against Seller regarding the Products including, without limitation, that Prodcuts are defective, fail to conform to Seller's written specifications or the number of Products actually delivered. Seller's invoice concerning the weights, volumes, size and taxes established in good faith will govern unless Buyer has made a proper claim to Seller within the said forty-five (45) day inspection period.

TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS: Products shall be F.OB. East Gwillimbury, Ontario and shall be deemed delivered to Buyer when delivered to the first carries or transportation company at the shipping point. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Seller, all the transportation charges and expense shall be paid by Buyer, including the cost any insurance against loss or damage in transit which seller may obtain.
